The teaching of this unit combines a reinforcement of general knowledge in various fields by giving some literature on Legal Translation, an intensive practice of translation in its professional forms including translation of specialized documents, a theorical and practical teaching of terminology and an awareness of the need for the mastery of parallel corpora, dictionaries and computer tools to serve translation, and finally critical study of students' own work.
